Private Group Sessions

Enhance your acceleration, change of direction & max velocity in a competitive environment!

​

We regularly host sessions in a group environment, these groups are fun and competitive, allowing everyone involved to push themselves and improve their speed.

 

No matter your child's sport, if they want to get fitter and faster, this is the ideal place to be! These sessions involve technical running feedback, reaction drills and games to build explosive power, coordination, and confidence to make everyone the best athlete they can be.  

​

Each session has a maximum capacity of 15 participants to ensure everyone gets the attention they deserve.

 

Sessions are designed for kids aged 9-15, all abilities are welcome. ​Location is Dalkeith.

Team Training

​

We can create bespoke training programmes that complement team training and help to develop promising talent. Each session is designed specifically with the goals and needs of the team, club or school in mind. We work with all ages, from grassroots to international level. ​

​

We also offer coach education days, so you can implement our coaching philosophy and training methods into your team's programme. There are performance testing packages we provide as well which allow you to track your team's strengths and weaknesses to help improve overall performance and track areas of improvement.

​

We can travel to whatever location you regularly use for training.
