ONE TO ONE COACHING

All of our sessions are designed specifically for each athlete. No two athletes are the same, therefore, we have a completely bespoke approach which is athlete centred. Before the session we will have talk through everything related to your goals, training and injury history. Following this, we will design a plan tailored to those goals, covering general, specific and speed related skills. 

 

You can choose to book either a single session or a block of sessions which will be more cost effective and allows us to build consistency each week.

 

Every session will be 1-2-1 with your chosen coach. We can also accommodate small group sessions if this is something you and a couple of friends or siblings are interested in doing together (3 maximum). All abilities are welcome!

Throughout all of these sessions, we implement various drills which are used to improve stride length, frequency, ground contact time, overall posture and arm movement. These drills are broken down into easy to follow steps which allow for every athlete, regardless of ability, to learn how and why we are doing a certain exercise. These sessions not only improve your speed and power, but also improve fundamental movements and co-ordination skills which help make you a better and more confident athlete overall.

​We have world class equipment at our disposal to collect data and provide an in-depth analysis of your running technique and performance. This allows us to give detailed feedback and ensure we are doing everything we can to make you the best athlete you can be. We also offer one-off video analysis and performance testing packages, which can show you areas of performance you need to improve on to help make you a better athlete. These packages provide you with elite data, giving you access to software used by the best teams and athletes in the world, such as laser timing gates and force plate strength & power testing.
