





STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
These sport specific gym sessions are designed to improve athletic performance by targeting the specific muscle groups, movement patterns, and endurance requirements of a particular sport. Also helps reduce the risk of injury.
We can also support in your rehabilitation and return to play following an injury setback. Returning to play requires careful progression. We can help accelerate your return to sport and increase your overall performance potential, making you a better athlete than you were before!
We have world class equipment from brands such as Keiser and Nike, which you won't find anywhere else in Scotland.
All of our sessions are designed specifically for each athlete. No two athletes are the same, therefore, we have a completely bespoke approach which is athlete centred. Before the session we will have talk through everything related to your goals, training and injury history. Following this, we will design a plan tailored to those goals, covering general, specific and speed related skills.
You can choose to book either a single session or a block of sessions which will be more cost effective and allows us to build consistency each week.
