ONE TO ONE COACHING

All of our sessions are designed specifically for each athlete. No two athletes are the same, therefore, we have a completely bespoke approach which is athlete centred. Before the session we will have a phone or video call to chat through everything related to your goals, training and injury history. Following this, we will design a plan tailored to those goals, covering general, specific and speed related skills. 

 

You can choose to book either a single session or a block of sessions which will be more cost effective and allows us to build consistency each week.

 

Every session will be one to one with Michael. We can also accommodate small group sessions if this is something you and a couple of friends are interested in doing together (3 maximum). All abilities are welcome!

​We have a variety of equipment at our disposal to collect data and give a detailed analysis of your running technique and performance. This allows us to give detailed feedback and ensure we are doing everything we can to make you the best athlete you can be.

We are confident there is no one in Scotland who can provide a service like this. ​
